MASCOTTE, as the name suggests, is the mascot character of MOBJE.
MASCOTTE is a mascot that wears a hat, which is unique to MOBJE, which started as a hat manufacturer, but depending on how the hat is worn, it can express an appealing expression or will.
When the hat is removed, a rounded wooden head is revealed.
The head is made of Japanese himekomatsu pine, which is soft to the touch and makes the wearer want to pet it.

"Santa Claus" is a special Christmas version of ‘MASCOTTE’ with a round belly.
The hat and body are made of Japanese paper and gold lamé stitching, and the interior filler is a mixture of cotton and Himekomatsu (Japanese white pine) saw dust, giving it a fresh, cool scent unique to Himekomatsu.
